Overview

Your food waste has somewhere better to go

LGG helps restaurants separate organic waste, coordinate composting collections, and track landfill diversion. Sustainability branding gives customers a clear view of your environmental commitment.

What leaves your kitchen as scraps can come back as compost, not landfill.

How it works

From first step to real results.

  1. Sign up for a restaurant assessment

Tell us your restaurant type and an estimate of your daily food waste.

  2. Set up segregation and train your staff

We set up separation at the source and walk your team through it.

  3. Begin coordinated composting collections

Separated organic waste is picked up for composting.

  4. Receive waste tracking and impact reports

See how much waste your kitchen keeps out of landfill.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else? Write to us and the team will help.

What do you need from us to start?

Your restaurant name and type, and an estimate of your daily food waste in kilograms. We use it to plan the assessment.

Will my staff need training?

Yes. Setup includes segregation training so your team knows what goes in the organic waste bags.

What happens to the waste?

Separated organic waste is collected for composting instead of going to landfill, and you receive tracking reports.
